Reforma de Apartamento en Río Real (Marbella)

Proyecto de reforma integral de un apartamento situado en la Urbanización Río Real (Marbella).

Se trata de un  apartamento de dos dormitorios  que había sufrido una  ampliación hacia la terraza sin  llegar a resolver una correcta distribución  y con una problemática de desniveles en la solería. 

Se  ha  realizado un proyecto  de  interiorismo  integral consiguiendo  dos dormitorios,  dos baños, un vestidor,  un despacho  y  una cocina abierta a un gran salón - comedor con una distribución más funcional y con unos ambientes más atractivos.

En  este  proyecto  se  he  creado  todo  el  diseño interior  de  la vivienda  incluido  la realización de  algunas  piezas  de  mobiliario exclusivo  diseñadas por el estudio.

APARTMENT RENOVATION IN RIO REAL (MARBELLA)

Integrated reform project of an apartment in Urbanization Río Real (Marbella).

It’s a two bedrooms apartment that  it had  suffered an enlargement towards the  terrace without resolving a proper distribution and with a substantive floor incline problem.

An integral  internal  design project has been carried out obtaining two bedrooms,  two bathrooms,  dressing room,  office and  open kitchen  to a huge living room  with a more functional distribution and with a few more attractive environments.

In this project has  been created the  whole interior design of  the housing included the accomplishment  of some pieces  of exclusive  furniture designed by the study.
